Woodmen Hills is a master-planned community in the Falcon area of eastern El Paso County that developed primarily through the 1990s and 2000s. It sits along Woodmen Road east of Powers Boulevard and has a suburban feel with a recreation center, parks, and HOA-governed subdivisions.
